“TAKE THE DESIGNER BODY RETREAT WITH YOU!”
After your visit OR if you are unable to attend the Designer Body Retreat and are not near one of our local facilities in Los Angeles, Orange County or San Francisco, we can bring the Designer Body Retreat Extreme Makeover experience to you! We currently offer our Traveling Trainer Program, also known as our quarterly maintenance plan, to our previous and new Designer Body Retreat guests.
The concept works as follows: The program is like visiting our world famous weight loss retreat without leaving your responsibilities behind. Your Designer Body Consultant/Trainer will monitor your cardio sessions at home or at your gym (please check that your gym allows independent contractors prior to booking) 5 days per week once or twice per day, depending on your program design. Your trainer will also perform 4 – one hour body shaping exercise sessions each week geared towards teaching as well as achieving results.
Your trainer will guide you through many of the activities offered at the Designer Body Retreat including, the visualization class, ordering at restaurants class, and nutrition lectures at your convenience, with new material updated for your personal progress and needs, each week. The trainer will also instruct your chef or you, how to prepare your food properly. In addition, your trainer will do some reconnaissance for your program at various local restaurants and connect with local caterers to help facilitate your success after the program.
The cost of the program within the U.S. is $4,500 per week for the first person and $1000 per week each additional person (up to 6 people can participate at a time per trainer). In addition to the program fees, you are responsible for airfare, associated travel document fees, accommodations, and meals for the trainer. Many people choose to put the trainer in a guest room in their home. Outside the U.S. the cost is $5,500 per week for the first person and $1100 per week for each additional person (again, up to 6 people can participate at a time).
